Set Up Cardzen in Claude

Connect the Cardzen MCP server to Claude

Use Claude's custom connector support to connect Cardzen. Availability and labels can vary by account, surface, and workspace policy.

Connect Cardzen

Individual accounts

  1. Open Customize -> Connectors in Claude.
  2. Choose the plus button, then Add custom connector.
  3. Enter this server address: https://mcp.cardzen.ai/mcp
  4. Add the connector, then continue when Claude opens Cardzen in your browser.
  5. Sign in with your Cardzen account if needed, review the requesting client and access list, and choose Approve.
  6. Return to Claude and confirm Cardzen appears as connected.

Team and Enterprise workspaces

  1. An Owner or Primary Owner first opens Organization settings -> Connectors and adds the Cardzen server address: https://mcp.cardzen.ai/mcp
  2. After Cardzen is available to the organization, each member opens Customize -> Connectors, finds Cardzen, and chooses Connect.
  3. When Claude opens Cardzen, sign in if needed, review the requesting client and access list, and choose Approve.
  4. Return to Claude and confirm Cardzen appears as connected.

If custom connectors are unavailable, check your Claude account and workspace policy. Cardzen cannot enable a Claude feature that the account or workspace administrator has disabled.

Disconnect

You can disconnect from Claude's connector settings or revoke the Cardzen grant from Account & Settings -> MCP Integration. Revoking in Cardzen prevents that grant from making another successful request.

See MCP Limits and Troubleshooting if authorization does not return to Claude or the connection stops working.
